Yoga has always been my safe space. My mat is the place I can pray, recenter my breath, and focus my energies on positive self talk paired with the silence of nothing. In particular, I LOVE hot yoga. I mean LOVE. I am a loyal Corepower Yoga C2 practioner and have most definitely missed them during the COVID-19 pandemic.
